Awhile back I posed a question about Funeral Service Providers in the Funeral Industry. Another Blogger took that question put it on their site and received responses. The question can go right to funeral cost. Funeral Directors should be allowed to make mistakes. However too many mistakes at a funeral can cost you emotionally and financially.
Your funeral guy asked:
What mistakes have you seen at a funeral? Most people refer to the obvious. Please let me know the obvious and not obvious mistakes you have heard about after a funeral.

A funeral director's mobile phone rang at the grave side and he answered it.
This is inexcusable and actually happened on the TV show "Six Feet Under" This can actually add to the grief a family experiences. The Emotional Cost is high.

. Missing the entrance to the cemetery.
There is really no excuse for this.

Not collecting his money before the funeral and never getting paid.
Sounds like a Funeral director talking here.

Allowing a family member to make decisions about a funeral without consulting the main contact.
I have actually seen funeral directors have a lawsuit happen because of this one. This also has happened to me in my own family. One should actually file a complaint and get some kind of refund if this happens.
